Meet Charli! Charli is like almost all German Shepherds and is VERY smart. She currently knows lay, sit, shake, drop it, and stay. She is also kennel trained and can walk on a leash perfectly. Even though Charli is a high energy dog, she definitely knows how to cuddle and relax on the couch without issue! Charli loves her foster brother and does really well with him, but we think she'd do best in a home as an only dog or with a submissive dog. She is such a sweet girl and has so much potential to continue learning new tricks and tasks. In order to ensure success in Charli's forever home, we will be requiring breed knowledge or knowledge of similar energy dogs. 

**Charli was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus. We would love for her new home to research this condition prior to adopting. Her new home would have to make sure that she is not able to ingest anything unless sitting upright. She would require smaller meals instead of two large ones during the day also.
